What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Renters must be 25 years or older. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis with approval.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes. A 24–48 hour interval is required between bookings to allow for vehicle inspection and preparation.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we offer extended-rental discounts:
5% off – 3-day rentals
10% off – 7-day rentals
15% off – 15-day rentals
20% off – 30-day rentals
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $250 security deposit is required.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Shortest rental: 3 days
Longest rental: 3 weeks
A new rental agreement is required for rentals extending beyond 3 weeks.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
10% tax applies to short-term rentals (1–30 days)
6.25% tax applies to long-term rentals (31–180 days)
All applicable taxes and fees are calculated as part of your rental agreement.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
What are your standard business hours?
Business hours are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?
Dynamic Drive Rentals does not normally offer delivery services.
Delivery may be considered with advance notice and approval from Dynamic Drive Rentals.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please call or text to discuss availability.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Custom deliveries may be arranged. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for delivery and pick-up times.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, with 24-hour advance notice, subject to approval and exceptions.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
A Young Driver Fee of $200 applies and requires approval from Dynamic Drive Rentals.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Additional mileage is charged at $0.29 per mile.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
There is no additional cost for approved drivers over 25 years old.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited.
Cleaning fees range from $200 to $800, depending on odor severity and damage.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. Renters are fully responsible for all tolls, parking violations, and tickets incurred during the rental.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Cleaning fees apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty:
Moderate Cleaning – $50 (mud, sand, light debris, small spills, minor odors)
Heavy Cleaning – $100 (moderate stains, heavy odors, extensive bug debris)
Severe Cleaning – $150 (steam cleaning or full detailing)
Pet Hair Removal – $150
Multiple Issues Cleaning – $250
Extremely Dirty – $200
Filthy – $300+
We will do our best to ensure the vehicle is perfectly cleaned before each rental. Please respect the next renter by returning the vehicle clean.
A $150 cleaning fee will be applied if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
Beach trips: Sand and sunscreen require detailing and will incur a $250 charge.
🐶 Pets are not allowed — please keep your fur friends at home.
🚭 Absolutely NO smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.). Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee.
