A new rental agreement is required for rentals extending beyond 3 weeks.

Yes. Renters are fully responsible for all tolls, parking violations, and tickets incurred during the rental.
Cleaning fees apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty:
Moderate Cleaning – $50 (mud, sand, light debris, small spills, minor odors)
Heavy Cleaning – $100 (moderate stains, heavy odors, extensive bug debris)
Severe Cleaning – $150 (steam cleaning or full detailing)
Pet Hair Removal – $150
Multiple Issues Cleaning – $250
Extremely Dirty – $200
Filthy – $300+
We will do our best to ensure the vehicle is perfectly cleaned before each rental. Please respect the next renter by returning the vehicle clean.
A $150 cleaning fee will be applied if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
Beach trips: Sand and sunscreen require detailing and will incur a $250 charge.
🐶 Pets are not allowed — please keep your fur friends at home.
🚭 Absolutely NO smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.). Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee.
